Boca Juniors advances to Copa Argentina semifinals with 3-2 win over Quilmes

Boca Juniors defeated Quilmes 3-2 on Wednesday night to advance to the semifinals of the Copa Argentina. Exequiel Zeballos, Carlos Romero and Dario Benedetto scored for Boca, while Mariano Pavone and Leandro Gonzalez scored for Quilmes.

Boca took the lead in the 11th minute through Zeballos, but Pavone equalized for Quilmes just five minutes later. Romero put Boca back in front in the 25th minute, but Gonzalez equalized again for Quilmes in the 55th minute.

Benedetto scored the winning goal for Boca in the 75th minute, and the Xeneize held on to win 3-2. Boca will now face Patronato in the semifinals of the Copa Argentina.

The win was Boca's fourth in a row in all competitions, and they will be looking to continue their good form when they face Patronato in the semifinals of the Copa Argentina.
